Shipping+Returns 

DOMESTIC ORDERS (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

STANDARD DOMESTIC  $12
Takes between 3-5 working days. 
EXPRESS DOMESTIC $17
Overnight, with WA taking up to 2-3 working days. 

All Australian orders are delivered using Australian Registered post, to ensure that all parcels can be tracked and delivered as quickly as possible. 

All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

If your order is placed before 1:00pm AEST, your parcel will be dispatched the same business day. 

Deliveries can take 1-5 working days. Please allow 2 additional days for locations outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area.

Please note that we cannot guarantee next-day delivery, as there can be unavoidable delays within Australia Post.

Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

During busy sale periods please allow 2 additional days for dispatch.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification from Australia Post.

Any delivery date or time specified by tiannamareece is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD $25

This usually takes between 3-10 working days, however, due to some country restrictions and customs delays, some parcels may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on your country. We have a flat rate of $25AUD for every International order, no matter how many items you order!

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

All International orders are sent using Australia International Express Post. Upon arrival in the destination country, all orders are distributed by the local post services.

All parcels will need to be signed for upon arrival. In the event that no one can sign at your delivery address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

International orders may require 1-3 business days of processing once your order is placed.

We ship to the following countries: Australia, United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand, Ireland, China, France, Italy, Spain, Greece, Japan, Germany, Russian Federation, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Croatia, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Monaco, Montenegro


DUTIES + TAXES

Please note that the postal fee does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as dutiable merchandise. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information.

International orders that exceed over 1kg may incur further charges, and will be advised by our Dispatch Manager after your order is placed.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products for return that are intimates or swimwear.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and without tags.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be subject to our team.

All sales on items on sale are final. We do not accept returns unless there is a fault. We can offer exchanges only, but please contact us first to check that we have the item you're after in stock.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

All you need to do is email tianna.mareece@bigpond.com We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation number, and outline all the details.

Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any loss of your piece(s) being returned. We highly recommend you use a registered postal service to return goods, and make sure to keep a record of the tracking details.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund of store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be applied to your account.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are marked or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tianna.mareece@bigpond.com and send your item to: PO BOX 341, Mudgee NSW 2850, Australia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 341, Mudgee NSW 2850, Australia

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is NOT reimbursed by tiannamareece. If you request an exchange however, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you again.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
